WHAT IS PERPETUAL ADORATION?
Imagine being able to be in the Real Presence of Jesus to talk with Him any time of day or night, while you gaze at Him and He gazes at you from His golden home on the altar. Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration allows us to do just that. It means unceasing adoration of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At least one adorer must be in His presence at all times while He is in exposition this way. This non-ceasing prayer devotion is happening right now in the Pope John Paul II Adoration Chapel located in the Office Building just north of the St. Vincent de Paul Church.
The Chapel is located at: St. Vincent De Paul Office Building
1723 South I Street
Bedford, IN 47421
The Adoration Chapel is accessible 24 hours a day.

WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING ADORATION???
You’re interested in making a commitment of an hour each week with Jesus …but…you’re wondering what you are supposed to do during this hour. The answer is simple: connect your heart with Jesus’ heart. Sure, you say, the answer may be simple but it all sounds so great and lofty. You’re probably asking yourself: How can I effectively do this for an entire hour?? Be yourself with Jesus…talk with Him as you would with a friend –sharing your feelings and the events of your life; praising Him and thanking Him for blessings; asking Him for favors; and expressing sorrow for past offenses. When you do this, what you are in fact doing, is making a heart connection with Jesus. Spend time reading Scripture or one of the many publications available in the Chapel; pray the rosary or Chaplet of Divine Mercy; or just silently “be” in His Presence!
